Yellow Cat Cafe – 808 East Colfax Avenue
Named after the 21-year-old cat on the family farm, Yellow Cat Cafe welcomes you with a friendly smile, and breakfast or lunch is served all day. Breakfast pleasers include Belgian Waffles, 3 Egg Omelets with various fillings, and Hash Brown Skillets. Lunch favorites include the Chicken Salad Plate, Country Fried Steak with sides, and the Ruben Sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on grilled rye.
