Here's what our buyers and sellers say...
Just all around pleasant to work with. Need stuff done to the house we where buying that the owner didn't want to do so we did it and Mike bought some of the supplies for us to do the work worked very well for us thank you agian
This is our 2nd home, first one bought with cash. I JUST straightened out my credit and NEVER thought I could own " THE HOME OF MY DREAMS." My sister sold her house with Cressy & Everett and her and her Realtor became good friends, so she told me to try them in MI. I think God meant for us to be together. She has been a God sent from day one. We just connected, she listened, learned what I like and don't like, asked LOTS of questions, She got to know ME. I found a house outside of her area, she told me she may not be able to help but I could break contract and see if someone local could help. I meet someone new, she was NOT Shirley. I about gave up. Out of the blue, my mortgage lender called me ( the one Shirley first introduced me to). I ended up calling Shirley and begged her to help me! Shirley did what ever she needed to do to help me and my husband BUY the home of my dreams. I can not THANK her enough for believing in me. She took the time to know me, friend me and trust me, and I HER. I would NEVER change Shirley for ANYONE, I love her and she is a friend. She is worth what ever she got, and I'm sure it will never be enough, and way, way more. I will send EVERYONE I know to Shirley and Ron. Ron is my mortgage broker with Ruoff. Thank you is and will NEVER be enough for what you two have done for us. We LOVE YOU GUYS Shirley is from Edwardsburgh. She told me, from the first time I told her I was interested in this house, she DID NOT know the area and there for she would ALLOW me out of our contract to find a closer realtor that knew the area. Well I did that, was not impressed. The realtor DID NOT seem interested in knowing me or what I liked or didn't like. I gave up and started looking closer to my husbands job. One day Ron from Ruoff called me and helped me believe in myself and didn't give up. I then called Shirley and begged her to PLEASE HELP ME. She never even thought about it and said she would call me back. She did what ever she had to, to make things happen. I will NEVER TRUST another realtor like I do Shirley. She started off as a stranger and ended up my friend. I love you Shirley and Thank you for not giving up on me. You and Ron both. I take care of my 80 year old mother. When I take her for blood work, I ALWAYS tell them I NEED the best of the best. I don't want my mom being poked 50 times because your pride is bigger then my moms veins. That is how I feel about Shirley, if she does not know about something she will tell you, but she will find out all she can and come back to you and be able to answer any of your questions. Shirley is the best of the best. very polite and treated you like they have know you forever. Knew why you were there and had everything ready for you to sign or questions to be answered. I don't know what sales experience means, but I would not trade Shirley for all the money in the world. She did not sell me or buy me, she was not about money, she was about finding and getting me EXACTLY what I wanted. I guess if I ever had to ex-plane Shirley, it would be part of my last statement. " She did not sell me or buy me, she was not about money, she was about finding and getting me EXACTLY what I wanted." I hope one day I can give back as much as you and Ron have given me. I LOVE YOU TWO.
He was very helpful and explained everything which made this purchase easy
Time and time again, Megan Bilderback went beyond the call of duty. Never, at any point in time, did my wife and I feel as though we were inconveniencing or burdening her. She was always readily available and prompt with her responses. She made us feel valued, respected, and cared for. When situations became adverse, she would leave no stone unturned in order work out a solution. At first, our correspondence functioned in the expected realtor-buyer dynamic; by the end, our correspondence began to feel more like a friend (realtor)-buyer dynamic. Without a doubt, we will readily--with great enthusiasm--commend Megan Bilderback to any family member, friend, or acquaintance. She far exceeded our expectations! We wish we could do more to applaud her superb service. This brief letter of commendation will have to suffice for now.
Megan was very quick to set up an initial meeting with my husband and I. She was friendly, took the time to really understand what we were looking for, was able to suggest properties we hadn't seen yet, and was very easy to work with. A few short days later, she took us out to look at houses. She was a great person to have with us as we looked- she noticed things we missed, gave valuable information on what upgrades would be easy and valuable in the long-run, and what issues might be harder to fix. She never pressured us in any direction but was very willing to give us her thoughts and opinions when asked. When we decided to make an offer, Megan was always available to answer our questions. She made the process very easy and smooth for us. She took care of each step along the way until we finally closed. Megan is a great person to work with! We'd highly recommend her.
I have worked with Mr. Hammontree for several years and we have a strong working relationship. I will continue to work with him going forward because of how professional and personable he is.
Mike Schade did a wonderful job with the sale of this residence. I would strongly recommend him for any real estate listing. Job well done!
I'm sure Lisa is busy beyond belief, but we felt as if we were her only clients the entire time we were working with her. Her service was beyond anything we have ever experienced in the few real estate transactions we had experienced previously. She was simply incredible to work with!
Alison was very helpful and very professional. Would recommend her very highly. Went above to make sure both parts were Happy.
Doug was very helpful and courteous, with a good knowledge of the sales/purchase procedures
